Rocka Billy (real name: Jun[1]) is a guitar player and one of Pudding's Henchmen, who only appeared in the first Space Channel 5.

Report 1: Introducing...Ulala!
Rocka Billy first appears when Pudding challenges Ulala for a dance battle. During the battle, Rocka Billy will remain spinning behind the Pudding. If Ulala defeats Pudding, Rocka Billy will join and follow her throughout the rest of the Report. When Rocka Billy joins Ulala, he will play his guitar and all of the other rescued hostage will mimic him.
Report 4: Evil in the Galaxy Revealed!
After Blank getting launched into space, Rocka Billy can be seen among the crowd, marching to the end of the galaxy.
