Flavio Femure is a space child and minor character who only appeared in the first Space Channel 5.

Flavio has fair skin and orange hair. He wears a blue shirt covered in a pink tank top with a black belt, pink shorts, long purple socks and pink boots.

Report 1: Introducing...Ulala!
Flavio can be found in the shooting segments at the second floor of the Spaceport 9, during the Extra Mode version of the Report. However, Flavio only appears if the player misses certain moves during the segments. To save him, Ulala must memorize and copy the directions given by the Morolians. After being rescued, Flavio will follow Ulala throughout the rest of the report.
Report 4: Evil in the Galaxy Revealed!
Flavio also makes an appearance as a hostage, though only in the Extra Mode of the Report. Flavio can be found being forced to dance in "Alien Up-Down Quiz" in the Channel 5's recording studio. However, the player must keep missing moves during the shooting segment until Flavio appears in order to rescue him.
Just like every other rescued hostage, Flavio will follow and assist Ulala throughout the rest of the Report once he is rescued.
