Trivia[]

  • There are four variations on the lyrics for this boss fight. These variation depend on two factors: one, if the player successfully rescued anyone in the section prior; and two, if the player made at least one mistake during any point of the boss battle.
    • On the mistake path, the lyrical change will begin at the second verse.
    • In the English version, if the player failed to rescue anyone, there won't be any caption for the lyrics during the battle.[1]
  • Oddly, the Space Channel 5 Part 2 Sugoku Sugoi Guide Book, mentions there being a different set of commands for the extra mode version of this boss fight; however, no such change occurs in game. [2]
  • Kin, Kon and Kan are the only boss in the game to not use the "Hey" command. Consequently, their "Hey" animation is never seen.
  • Kin, Kon and Kan bear a resemblance to the Android's mascot, the Bugdroid, a character that was created six years after the game.
