Mr. Joely, also known as Mr. Nervous, is a recurring minor character in the Space Channel 5 series. He is an apprehensive school teacher who can usually be seen near students who wind up being forced to dance. Given his personality, Mr. Joely appears quite nervous and laughable.

Appearance[]
Mr. Joely is also quite tall and stands a little taller than Ulala, and has dirty blonde hair. In addition, he is also quite skinny.
Mr. Joely wears a blue shirt with white sleeves with blue cuffs at the end, and a white collar. He wears an orange tie with yellow polka-dots, as well as multi brown colored and striped leggings. He also wears giant white shoes with brown tips. Mr. Joely also wears a pair of glasses that appear to be blue, and translucent.

Mr. Joely is a nervous space teacher is an apprehensive school teacher who appears to like the idea of grooving and getting involved with others. Not only that, he also appears to have strong relations with multiple students. He is also rather quite clumsy, always getting caught by enemies and being forced to dance, alongside his students.

Report 2: Spaceship S.O.S.!
"Oh, my poor students!"
Mr. Joely first makes a small appearance at the beginning of the Report 2, where he appears to be looking for something. Later when Morolina appears, Mr. Joely can be seen running away from her. At that moment, it is revealed that Morolina kidnapped his students.
Once Morolina is defeated, Mr. Joely will thank Ulala for rescuing his students, then join and follow her until the Report ends.

Report 2: Nature's Revenge!
"I'm melting!"
In the sequel, Mr. Joely is known as "Mr. Nervous". After the first shooting segment against Shadow at the Space Park's conveyor belt, Ulala will find Mr. Joely, along with Biluba Boriskovsky and Faith Anthony, inside killer plants, being forced to dance by Shadow and the Rhythm Rogues. A dance battle against Shadow will start. If the player defeats Shadow, Mr. Joely will be rescued along Biluba Boriskovsky and Faith Anthony, and just like all of the others rescued hostages, he will follow and assist Ulala throughout the rest of the Report.
Report 6: Purge’s T.V. Special
Mr. Joely returns to Report 6, where he assists Ulala in the final battle against Purge the Great and after Purge being launched into space, he can be seen marching to the end of the galaxy.
Costume
There is an unlockable Mr. Joely costume for Ulala. It is obtained by rescuing him in Report 2.
