Chloe is a normal civilian and very little is known about her. Her in-game profiles from both Part 1 and 2 reveal that Chloe dreams to become a reporter when she is older. She also has a space iguana as a pet.

Chloe has fair skin and blonde hair. She wears a pink dress with three vertical yellow stripes and pink boots.

Report 2: Spaceship S.O.S.!
Chloe can be found during the Morolina battle, where the Dance Bot has made Chloe one of her prisoners. When Morolina says "Chu" while holding Chloe, the player will need to press the rescue button instead of the regular "chu" button. Once Morolina is defeated, Chloe will be rescued and follow Ulala until the Report ends.
Space Channel 5: Part 2[]
Report 2: Nature's Revenge!
In the sequel, Chloe is known as "Space Primary Schooler Pink". Chloe can be found along with other Space Children at the beginning of the Report 2, during the first shooting segment against Shadow, at the Space Park's conveyor belt. Ulala will need to memorize and copy the directions given by Shadow to successfully destroy the Black Flyers and save the children.
After being rescued, Chloe will follow Ulala to the Fountain Square, then to the Green House, where she will assist her in the battle against Pon Piriri.
Report 6: Purge’s T.V. Special
In the final report, Chloe can be seen marching to the end of the galaxy.

Chloe doesn't return in Space Channel 5 VR. However, it is revealed in this game that Chloe has a young sister called Pink Space Primary School Girl, who is now wearing her clothes. With other Space Children such as Ambrosia DiFlibula appearing in the game as noticeably older, Chloe can be assumed to have aged as well.
Chloe is one of the two minor characters to have an identical younger sibling in Space Channel 5 VR. The other is Ms. Gretchen Goddeau.
